Without this CNAC web site, none of this would have happened.

If Eve Coulson's mother, Joan Coulson, had not been googling her husband's name, Eve would never have known about the page for her father, Bert Coulson.
But now, it's history and Eve now writes the Cannonball magazines.

Connecting Bernardine Bowersox to her father, Bernard Wong.

April 10, 2020 - And Eve Coulson reminds me/us of even more:

Claire Tweedy McMorris met Peter Goutiere because you, Tom, had her contact info and I included her in an invitation to the 60th anniversary dinner at the former House of Chan (now Rosie O'Grady's)on 2014). See story in August 2014 CannonBall.

Ben Barrett also was connected to CNAC because of this, the fact that you had his contact info and he was drawn to the dinner at Rosie O'Grady's, later came to a reunion and finally finished his to me about his grandfather Harold Bixby.

See the 12/2013 Cannonball for the account of Bill Johnston, whose, as he put it, natural father was George Arthur Robinson. Tom, this is the French guy I was talking about earlier.
AND we talked about the Dills. I'm not sure if they count here but you said they developed a close relationship with Felix Smith.

And remember when we heard from Jimmy Doolittle's granddaughter, Jonna and her father Joe Doolittle? I don't know how she found Peggy, but probably through the website. She and her father came to our August 2013 reunion. It was so moving to see them meet Moon, who had save their father/grandfather.

Frank Watson realized that my father had been at the wedding of his parents, and supplied me with a CD with the only moving pictures I have of my father, toasting them with champagne.

JoAnne Keenan is a distant relative of Charles Delay and has been helping me for the past few months digging up clues relating to CNAC.

Go to the following page to see what JoAnne has discovered. Makes me very happy. The page for a very young CNAC passenger from 1949, Nancy Wong.

If you would like to share any stories
or would like to be added to the CNAC e-mail distribution list,
please let the CNAC Web Editor, Tom Moore, know.
Thanks!
