March 3, 2005 During the 1950's, 60's and 70's, Cecil Quinn and Patrick Power were good friends and both living in Hong Kong. Cecil and Patrick also knew each other in Tientsin back in the early thirties. Patrick passed away in 1976. If Cecil is still living he would be about 90 years old.
