DAVIES FAMILY

Charles Henderson Davies (1893 - 19??) Conchita Rocha-Davies (mother, 1897 - 19??) Charles Alfred Davies (1926 - 1999) January 2, 2007 Hi - My father and his parents were interned at Santo Tomas: Charles Henderson Davies, Conchita Rocha-Davies, and Charles Alfred Davies. My grandfather was British, my grandmother Spanish. Their son (my dad) was actually born in Manila, later became an American citizen in 1953 after graduating from CalTech. Unfortunately, all three of them have passed. My father was always a bit reluctant to talk about life in the camp, other than references to "paying homage to the Emperor" ( a reference that, I expect, was quite well known to all who were there). I have some notes and things, a couple of books - one titled "STIC in verse and reverse, STIC-toons and STIC-tistics." Anyway, just figured it was a good idea to add their names to the list.
