June 27, 2006 Arthur F. Skiles? Herman Shapiro? I am Arthur F Skiles's youngest son.........my name is Tomasanto; he flipped Santo Tomas. He was rounded up by the Japanese and was in Santo Tomas for the duration. We lived in the Sampaloc area; P. Leoncio and Dapitan, a couple of miles from Santo Tomas.
