May 23, 2007 Hi, My name is Karen Shearer Dickens, I'm writing you because my Mother, Marie Jeannette Thomas was interned at Santo Thomas POW camp 1942-1945. She stayed with 'Bumpy Nielson' while she was there. Can you help me to find out more info. After they were freed, she traveled with Bumpy to San Francisco, where she met my Dad, Ralph W. Shearer, and where I was born in 1950. Any info or connections you could offer would be greatly appreciated. My Mom, sadly passed away May 19, 2002. Please write to me.
