 Moon F. Chin, Foy C. Hwa and Gordon Poon William Zheng shared this photo with me, Tom Moore. Hua Zhu or Foy C. Hwa, Chinese name was 華祝, or Chu Hwa in Wade-Giles, was the maternal grandfather to Guan Wei. Wei can be seen at the 2015 CNAC Reunion, sitting next to William Zheng It was great meeting you at the reunion. Here is a brief description about my grandfather. His English name was Foy C. Hwa, and Chinese name was 華祝, or Chu Hwa in Wade-Giles. He joined CNAC in 1933 in Shanghai. He was hired as a 電機械員 (Electrical Mechanic? not sure about the exact job title in English. See note below), and later became an Engineer. When flying as a crew member, he was a radio operator.   After CNAC, he was with CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) until his retirement in 1980s in Beijing. He passed away in 2005 in Shanghai at age 94. Attached are two photos having my grandfather. One was in Feb 1947 in Melbourne, Australia. The other was taken at his late age, on a remembrance forum for Hump airlift hosted in Beijing.
