From the 1998 CNAC Mailing List: Gone to Hoggy Tau Myers Frank March 16, 2010 Tom, Yes, I remember Frank Myers clearly. He managed the Calcutta crew hostel. He was a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Management ( I think all three of our hostel managers were. I know Jake Fassett at Dinjan was.) and I was a Cornell engineer. I went with Frank on one of his shopping trips into Calcutta. I describe that in the CNAC part of my long story,"Learning To Fly" I think you have that. If not, I'll send you a copy. The "Living conditions at CNAC" part is 5 or 6 pages long. There are other stories, too. If you want that stuff, let me know, and don't dawdle.. After all, I'm pushing 90. Giff ![]() or would like to be added to the CNAC e-mail distribution list, please let the CNAC Web Editor, Tom Moore, know. Thanks! |
