JOE SHEN (19??-1940)

Joe died of complications after being struck by a piece of shrapnel during a Japanese bombing attack in Chungking.

The estate of pilot Joe Shen was paid $10,000 death benefit after he died from shrapnel wounds received in Chungking on December 18, 1939.
