Hilton - thank you very much. Tom... Hi Tom, How are you doing? My uncle was cleaning up and found another CNAC doc from my grandpa (K.C. Fan). Looks like a discharge letter from CNAC. It showed my grandpa served at CNAC from 1/31/1943 to 12/25/1945. The person who signed the letter (Mr. Loy H. Locke) is listed on CNAC.org too. Cheers, David Fan October, 2022 Hi Tom, Sorry I missed your voice message. Firstly, you are correct that I have never seen my father in person. Only in pictures. He passed away before I was born. There's a story here that I like to tell, but I'll save it for later. Secondly, sure you may add my email address to my father's CNAC page. It will keep your files for my father 'living' Thirdly, I am going through and digitizing my mom's huge cache of print photos. Lots of stuff that's been hidden away for many years. Including stuff I've never seen before of my father. Thank you for keeping CNAC alive. Us descendants don't often think about the past, so we risk losing the memories. --Hilton hilton@yahoo.com In 1941 Loy Locke was instrumental in the design of CNAC's DC-2 1/2. From a 1960's CNAC Personnel List: Locke, Loy eng (probably stands for engineer) Seattle, Wash.
